If you are opting for a more casual feel or have a day outing with that special someone this look is perfect for you! The different rose/blush hues compliment each other and the pops of print (leopard skinny belt and clutch) along with the oxblood heels give interest and detail. The a-line skirt is from urban outfitters, and the rest of the items (popcorn sweater, heels and accessories) are from forever 21. Loving this dusty rose combination! I too went along with the soft pink theme by once again using the naked 3 palette, only this time I used mostly the lighter side and focused on a pop of color for my lips. Take a look…
Since this is more of a daytime look I did not want to go as heavy with the makeup as the night-time look. I used Revlon’s CC cream instead of foundation and added a small flush of color to my cheeks using the Stila convertible color. I wanted to keep with the flow of the outfit by choosing a lip color that resembled Ari’s shoes. I first lined my lips with Nyx Currant/ Raisin lip liner and filled them in with a mixture of Milani’s Sangria and Revlon super lustrous lipstick in Raspberry bite. (The previous post demonstrates all of the other products I used, the three mentioned above were the only products I changed).
For the eyes I softened the look up a bit by mostly using the lighter colors of the naked 3 palette. To achieve this look I used:
Strange as a highlight
Buzz overall lid color
Liar and a little bit of Factory for the crease
Trick to add a sparkle to the middle of my lid (Sprayed brush with fix+ for increased intensity)
Different products for this look
Revlon- Super Lustrous Lipstick, CC Cream in Med/Deep
Stila- Convertible Color
Milani- Sangria Lipstick
Hope you all have a wonderful Valentine’s day! Remember it is a day celebrating love so don’t forget to tell someone you love them!
